Cancellation Policy: We require 7 days advance notice so that we can attempt to re-rent the room (a 15% handling charge will be applied if money is refunded). In the event a cancellation is made in less than 7 days and we are able to re-rent the room, all money will be refunded minus a 15% handling charge. (Special events are non-refundable.) No shows and cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be charged full price. Check-in is anytime after 1pm. Check-out is 11am. Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and cash accepted. Breakfast is served Monday thru Friday 7am to 10am and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10am. Standard Room rates are $200 to $250 a night (prices may vary for special events). Extra person is $50 per person. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room. The remaining room balance is due upon arrival. No smoking or pets allowed inside the Inn. (A $200 fee will be assessed for smoking in-room.) |
