Facilities and Fees
The room charge for your event acts as a deposit. Payment of this room charge will reserve the requested dining room for the date
specified. The room charges are as follows:
$450 for the Hearth Room
*Food and beverage minimums apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday events. Special event pricing also may apply. The food and beverage minimum does not include tax and gratuity.

Guidelines
Event Times All events are allotted 4 hours. For events exceeding the allotted time, there will be a $100 per hour fee. Extra hours must be pre-approved by the event planner. Audio-Visual Equipment Audio-Visual Equipment may be rented from The Villa for your meeting or event. Please inform The Villa by the guaranteed minimum date if you will be requiring any of our equipment. Decorations/Cake If you would like table decorations other than the standard setting, you may order fresh flowers through The Villa for your event. All floral arrangements must be made through The Villa. |
Party favors may also be placed on the tables with advance notice to The Villa. Decorations in the Lobby or outdoors are not permitted out of respect for our other guests. A special cake can be prepared for your event through The Villa. An order must be placed at least two weeks in advance.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
The facility fee plus 9% sales tax will act as the deposit for the event. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. If the event is cancelled more than six weeks prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded less a 15% handling fee. If the cancellation is less than six weeks before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable unless the room is re-rented for that date. All food/beverage balances, including tax and service fee, will be due upon the day of the event.
Guests and Menus
The expected number of guests is required three weeks in advance of the event date. The minimum number of guests required to have an event at The Villa is 10. The maximum that can be accomodated is 40. A guaranteed attendance number for the event is due 72 business hours prior to the function date. The figure given will act as the guaranteed minimum and cannot be reduced. All charges will be based on the guaranteed minimum or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. Any additional charges incurred will be due upon the conclusion of the event.
The menu selection must be finalized two weeks prior to the function date. No food/beverages may be brought onto The Villa property. Service fee and tax is not included in the menu price. A 22% service fee and 9% sales tax applies to all functions and events.
